Refund and Cancellation Policy
Dolphin Bakes 'N' Ice Creams respect its customers. With all due respect, we list the cancellation and refund policy of our firm. 

The order is allowed for cancellation in less than two days from the promised delivery date. Any time beyond that will not be provided with a refund. 

If the customer is cancelling their order of the product you have chosen from our list when it is still with us unpacked, then we would cancel your order and would void the transaction if made already.

Any customised orders are to be placed at least prior to 24 hours of time. Each customised order requires an advanced payment. After placing the order with the initial advance payment, if the customer wants to cancel the same, then it is subjected to the following criteria.

We take the full payment of the order in advance either through cash, or debit/credit cards. 

We tend to provide any kind of corrections, repairs and inscriptions on the cake on the same day itself. In such cases, it is mandatory to inform the corrections not more than one hour of time after delivery. 

As customer satisfaction is our motto and no complaint will be considered simple and neglected without action. The complaints will be evaluated and investigated which requires time and for the same reason, no immediate refund will be provided in any case. 

The refund will be sanctioned only once the nature of the complaint is assessed and evaluated from our side confirming its validity. 

There does not exist any charge like the compensation charges, the maximum refund we provide is the value of the cake.

There is no guarantee for a full amount refund in all cases and is subject to terms and conditions. 

A full or partial refund will be granted if the product got mismatched with your order or it is defective. 

Make sure you receive your order in the proper condition and damage caused in the shipping will also be paid a refund.

We encourage only refunds through the original mode of payment and any refund for your credit card payment will take up to one month time.
