These terms apply to your use of dolphinbakers.com and to any order you place with Dolphin Bakers. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or the order cannot be fulfilled as requested.
  • Our cakes are handmade. Colours, decorations and shapes may differ slightly from the photos on the website.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

3. Delivery

Delivery times, areas and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is wrong, we may not be able to redeliver or refund the order.

4. Custom cakes, messages and photo uploads

  • You are responsible for the spelling and content of cake messages. We may refuse messages or images that are offensive, illegal or infringe someone else’s rights.
  • By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and you allow us to print it on your order.

5. Allergens and dietary information

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), nuts, soy and other allergens. “Eggless” products contain no egg as an ingredient but may contain traces. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering. Cakes and fresh items should be stored as advised and eaten within the recommended time.

7. Website content

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Dolphin Bakers and may not be copied without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mysuru, Karnataka.
